My name is Janelle Ahrens

Frequently asked questions

Who does this program work for?

We have seen this program change the lives of women in postpartum, working parents, wedding prep ladies, and even during college! 

What equipment do I need?

Minimally you would need dumbbells! I have plans that require minimally dumbbells and ideally a long band. I also have plans that are suitable for gym-access. For dumbbells, having a variety of weights from 5-25 pounds would be suitable!

How long do the workouts take?

They range anywhere from 25-55 minutes, and are dependent on your goals

What types of workouts are they?

I do a variety of strength training, cardio, and HIIT. There will be 5 workouts weekly uploaded to the app. The workout plans are designed to encourage fat loss and muscle growth.

What if I'm a new beginner?

Perfect! I have an option for you!! The beginner plans incorporate stationary exercises, stretching days, and encourage light movement like walking to get you started on the right foot.

I'm a busy mom, is this right for me?

You're the type of client I serve!! The workouts range from 25-45 minutes. The Academy is also designed to educate on living a healthy lifestyle; the content delivery is not overwhelming and can be managed by spending 5-10 minutes per day learning something new!

How do I access the workouts on the app?

A weekly display of the workouts are available in the app, and for each workout you can simply click on the workout. The description of the workout will tell you the equipment used, estimated duration, and include instructions of how to perform the workout. After the workout you have the opportunity to rate the workout on its hardness and leave comments if you'd like to!

Are there video demos of each exercise?

Yes! The demo videos range from 20 seconds to 50 seconds.
